![]() That never happened, they never matched me with a new provider and now at the end of month 2 I will run out of meds again. I go to the patient portal, click on "schedule appointment" and receive a pop-up stating my provider has no availability! I contact Done and tell them the story and they give me the run around saying they've contacted Mandy Voorhies and I will be scheduled first available. At my second visit I was instructed to again schedule out for a 3 week follow-up. ![]() I brought this to Done's attention and they called to assure me they were doing everything to secure patient privacy. Instead what I received was another patients information with name, patient history, and prescription protocol. At my first follow up appointment my dosage was increased and I received what was supposed to be all the info regarding my appointment and instructions for meds. This appointment was outside of my refill window so I went 5 days with no meds because they require a follow-up prior to refilling prescriptions. Later that day Done sends me an email saying the appointment was canceled and they randomly selected a new appointment for me. I sat over 10 minutes in the Zoom waiting room and she never showed up, never called, never communicated a single thing in regards to blowing off her first appointment of the day. I did so and selected a 9am appointment which was the first of the day. After the intake process I was prescribed 2 medications and told to schedule a follow-up appointment for 3 weeks. My first experience with her was neutral. Pay attention, they are showing you who they are! After signing up with Done I was matched with a provider named Mandy Voorhies PMHNP-BC nurse practitioner in Indianapolis, IN. And besides, telling me to call them regarding their mistake is appalling. It wasn't important enough for them to resolve my issues before my review, why would I think they would now. **Edit** as you can see, Done had responded to this with the typical carbon copy response that they've given other reviewers. I will continue to use Done () because the convenience is essential to managing my ADHD, and I really do like their service. I never have an issue finding an appointment to meet with my provider (Zoom and a very wide range of hours certainly helps!) My provider listens, asks appropriate questions, and seems genuinely interested in my care. I meet with my provider via Zoom and we meet as often as my state requires. (Seems to happen most often around September when kids go back to school, but there was no issue this year.) I've never had any issues sending messages and getting quick replies. Sometimes local pharmacies have issues with stocking meds, but it wouldn't matter where the prescription came from - when the pharmacy doesn't have the meds, you just have to wait. My son has never had an issue (more than a year for him). I haven't had a single issue in more than a year now. After six months of no issues, I bought a year subscription. After I was assigned a new provider, everything has been fine. I did, however, continue referring people, including my son, because competing services were so much worse. ) The service is cheaper if you subscribe on a yearly basis, but because I was having so many issues, I couldn't justify spending that much money when I didn't know how long I could continue using the service. It was a fairly new service though, and it was during Covid, and it's hard to judge anything based on how it ran during Covid. The first year was not great - there were issues connecting with my provider (as in, the doctor herself ghosted me then the company). I've been using Done () for ADHD management for more than two years. Reputable service - if you had issues in the past, give them another chance
